Procreate Pistol

After about a month of fiddling with the iPad Pro and the Apple Pencil 2 (and drawing many wobbly circles and dead looking trees) I decided to push further into learning the new tool by emulating my drawing process I normally use in Photoshop.

The learning process has been fun. Pauses or jitters in the video are me looking for similar functions or tools that I would use in Photoshop. I did import my Photoshop brushes, mostly for the line drawing section, prior to starting. I also used the slide over compatible app, VizRef, to have easy access to reference so I wasn't wasting time noodling while learning a new program.

Overall fun learning process and I hope to continue drawing things I am familiar with as I continue to learn. The goal here is to be even more mobile and have a mostly fully featured creative tool on the go.... so I can draw and render on my couch.
